ClaimDeck Privacy Policy

Your home records stay under your control. This policy explains how ClaimDeck handles your inventory, purchases, exports and support requests.

Scope and privacy contact

ClaimDeck is a Relanno Apps product. This policy covers the ClaimDeck app and support requests about ClaimDeck. It does not cover visits to the Relanno website or general enquiries about the studio.

For privacy questions or requests about ClaimDeck, email support@relanno.com.

Your inventory and incident records

ClaimDeck stores the information you add to your home inventory in the app’s storage on your device. This includes item details, photos, receipts, serial numbers, purchase and replacement values, room information, incident details, expenses and notes.

No ClaimDeck account is required. The current app does not upload your inventory or incident records to an operator-managed server, send your photos to an AI service or synchronize inventories through a ClaimDeck cloud service.

Apple device or iCloud backups may include app data, depending on your settings. These backups are managed by Apple and are separate from ClaimDeck’s portable backup feature.

Purchases and subscription status

Apple processes payments for ClaimDeck Pro. ClaimDeck uses RevenueCat to validate purchases, check subscription status, restore access and maintain your Pro entitlement.

This processing includes purchase history where available, product identifiers, subscription status and an app-specific anonymous customer identifier. Subscription events may include purchases, renewals, expirations and refunds. RevenueCat also provides subscription reporting and service analytics. The app does not attach your name or email address to its RevenueCat customer identifier.

We do not receive your full payment-card details. Your inventory photos, receipts and incident notes are not sent to RevenueCat.

Apple and RevenueCat process this information under their applicable terms and privacy protections. Read the Apple Privacy Policy and RevenueCat Privacy Policy for information about their handling of personal information.

Providers processing data for us are required to protect it consistently with this policy and applicable data-protection requirements, and to use it for the services they provide.

Photos, camera and device authentication

ClaimDeck uses camera and photo access to attach the pictures and documents you choose to your records. You can review or change available permissions in iOS Settings.

If you enable ClaimDeck’s privacy lock, Apple’s device authentication checks your identity. ClaimDeck receives the authentication result and does not receive your Face ID or Touch ID biometric template.

Exports and portable backups

You choose when to export or share an inventory PDF, incident PDF, CSV or portable backup. These files may include personal information, photographs and details about your home. Review a file before sharing it and choose recipients and storage locations carefully.

Portable backups are not separately password-encrypted by ClaimDeck. Someone with access to an exported file may be able to read it. Storage, messaging and other services you choose to receive the file handle it under their own terms and privacy policies.

ClaimDeck support requests

If you email us about ClaimDeck, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you send. We use that information to respond, investigate the issue and maintain relevant support records. Please send only the details needed for your request. You can start with your app version, device model and a short description.

We use Lark to operate our support inbox. Lark processes your email address, messages and attachments so that we can receive and answer them. Its handling of personal information is described in the Lark Privacy Policy.

Advertising and tracking

The current app contains no advertising SDK and does not use cross-app advertising tracking. We do not sell your inventory records or send them to advertisers. Purchase information is processed for subscription functionality and related reporting as described above.

Retention and deletion

Your local records remain in the app’s storage until you edit or delete them, replace them by restoring a backup, or delete the app. You can delete individual items in Inventory. Ending an incident clears its incident details, expenses and item loss statuses while retaining your inventory.

Before deleting the app or changing devices, export a portable backup if you want to keep your records. Copies in exported files, Apple device backups and services you chose must be managed separately.

Apple and RevenueCat retain purchase-related information under their own policies and applicable requirements. Deleting ClaimDeck does not cancel an Apple subscription.

We retain support correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request, maintain relevant support records and meet applicable legal requirements. You may email support@relanno.com to request deletion of information we hold. We may need to verify your request and retain information where a legal requirement applies. Local inventory that you have not shared with us remains under your control on your device.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to a relevant data-protection authority.

Where applicable, we process information to provide the services you request, pursue legitimate interests in support and security, or comply with legal obligations. Device permissions can be changed in iOS Settings. You can contact us about the information held through support and subscription services.

Service providers may process information outside your country. Their handling of that information is subject to their applicable privacy protections and international-transfer arrangements.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when ClaimDeck’s data handling changes. The date above identifies the latest version. Questions can be sent to support@relanno.com.
