Scope and contact
This policy covers relanno.com, the Relanno Apps website, and enquiries about the website or studio. For website privacy questions, email support@relanno.com.
This policy does not apply to our mobile apps or app support requests. Those are covered by each app’s own privacy policy.
Website requests
Delivering and protecting a website involves processing technical request information. Depending on the hosting and security services used, this can include an IP address, browser information, the requested page and the time of a request. This information supports page delivery, troubleshooting, reliability and abuse prevention.
This website does not include advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, marketing cookies or a contact form. Product and support links let you choose when to open another service or send an email.
Website and studio enquiries
When you email us about the website or studio, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you provide. We use this information to reply, resolve your request and maintain relevant correspondence. Our email provider, Lark, processes messages to deliver them and operate the inbox. Read the Lark Privacy Policy for information about its handling of personal information.
Please include only the information needed for your request.
Retention and your choices
We keep website and studio correspondence for as long as needed to address the request, maintain relevant support records and meet applicable legal requirements. Technical request information is subject to the hosting and security provider’s retention practices and applicable requirements.
You may ask about personal information we hold, request a correction or request deletion by emailing support@relanno.com. We may need to verify the request. Information subject to a legal retention requirement may need to be kept.
Processing and service providers
Where applicable, processing supports the service or response you request, our legitimate interests in reliable operation and security, and compliance with legal obligations. Service providers may process information outside your country under their applicable privacy protections and international-transfer arrangements.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, or complain to a relevant data-protection authority.
External links and policy updates
If you follow a link to an external service, that service’s own privacy policy applies. Review the destination’s policy when you use it.
We will update this policy if the website’s data handling changes. The date above identifies the latest version.
