Your license
ClaimDeck is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. That agreement governs your license to use the app. This page provides information about ClaimDeck’s subscriptions and operation. Your statutory consumer rights continue to apply.
Free access and ClaimDeck Pro
Your first five inventory items are free. ClaimDeck Pro adds unlimited inventory items and inventory and incident PDF reports. Monthly and yearly subscriptions unlock the same Pro features.
Your existing records, CSV export and portable backups remain accessible without an active subscription. If you have five or more items after Pro expires, adding more items requires an active Pro subscription.
Billing and automatic renewal
Apple displays the localized subscription price and billing period before you confirm a purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Any offer shown during purchase is subject to the eligibility and terms displayed by Apple.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge for renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends.
To manage or cancel, open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and select ClaimDeck. You can also open Apple’s subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Restoring purchases and requesting refunds
Restore purchases is available in ClaimDeck Settings and on the purchase screen. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase and an internet connection.
Apple handles billing and refund requests through Report a Problem. Refund eligibility is subject to Apple’s process and applicable consumer rights. For help with access to Pro inside ClaimDeck, contact support@relanno.com.
Your records and backups
You are responsible for the information you enter and for reviewing reports before sharing them. ClaimDeck stores your inventory and incident records on your device. Keep portable backups in a safe location, especially before deleting the app, replacing a device or restoring another backup.
Restoring a portable backup replaces the records on the destination device. Export a copy of any records you want to retain first. Portable backups are not separately password-encrypted by ClaimDeck.
The current app has no operator-managed inventory account, cloud synchronization or remote inventory recovery service.
Your records and insurance decisions
ClaimDeck helps you organize information about your belongings and incidents. It does not provide insurance, legal advice or property appraisals, determine your coverage or submit claims for you.
You choose whether to share an exported report with an insurer or another recipient. Coverage, evidence requirements, valuations and settlement decisions depend on your policy, insurer and circumstances. A ClaimDeck report does not guarantee acceptance of a claim or reimbursement of an amount you enter.
Support and privacy
